Reverse Curl Up - number of repetitions

In the "Back Sufferers Bible" refernce is made to "five excursions" of reverse curl ups. Elsewhere there is reference to 15 curl ups.

Please would you clarrify what excursions means. in the example above, am I to do 5 sets of 15 curl ups?

Many thanks
Gary

repetitions of lower abs exercise 'reverse curls ups'
by: Sarah says:

Hello Gary,
I have just re-found your question, so apologies for this long overdue reply!
To clarify:
For every 60 seconds lying passively backwards over the BackBlock you about half a minute of 'knees rocking' and then you do 15 'reverse curls ups' (I dont think there is anywhere where I have said 5). This means 15 excursions back and forth, knees to chin and back to thighs vertical.
However, in each session, I like you to repeat the 3 steps three times. So, by the end of the session you have in fact completed 45 reverse curl ups.
Hope this overdue advice helps.
Sarah
