Radicular left leg pain increases on standing

by Dinesh Khandelwal
(Assam, India)

Hi Sarah,

I had been to a spine specialist who ruled out cuds equine and spinal stenosis and made me do the McKenzie's side glide when the pain and nerve tingling stopped immediately.

So My question should I keep on doing the rocking to the knees to the chest and using the back block and rolling the knees to the sides?

Yes, you should do both sets of exercises.
They are coping with two different degrees of freedom.
