Hi,it's Dietmar again.in our last discussion on lower back compression you mentioned that the vertebras are glued together and you would use your feet to resolve that problem.i had a massage recently and the massage therapist noticed a gritty substance when massaging my lower back.is that the stuff you are talking about.
