I read a good contents which you wrote, and very impressed. And if you don't mind, can I know a exact reference from specific words you wrote? The words is like this. "too much extensor muscles activation on lower back makes supression on multifidus".

If you tell me just a title of the article, I am going to search it.
Thank you.

by: Sarah says

Hello Yoontae,
There are several papers by Cholewicki et al, but the definitive one is by Julie Hides et al, by the name of:

Hides J A, Richardson C A, Jull G A.
Multifidus muscle recovery is not automatic after resolution of acute, first episode low back pain.
Spine. 1996 Dec 1;21(23):2763-9.

If you are a physiotherapist, you are at liberty to do my Problem Back Masterclasses which have many hours of theory content online. You will get a lot from this. You can contact my PA Ruve Singh on ruve@sarahkey.com
