mid back pain

Mid back pain is usually postural in origin. This means that the muscles are working hard to try and pull you into a more pleasing anatomical alignment. It usually also means that the segments underlying the area off pain (usually at the point of maximum buckling of the thoracic spine at about bra level) are not mobile enough and would benefit from being decompressed. You might like to read about using the BackBlock for your upper back here.
I'm not sure whether you have a large (ready heavy) bosom or not! If you do, and excuse my impudence, you might like to read a link on breast reduction lessening pain from the upper back on a new and upcoming website www.aboutpain.com.au (You simply type 'breast reduction' onto the Search bar.)
