A happy new user

Its been a week since I have started using the BB and Im feeling much better already, I just want to ask whether the block should only be used for 60 seconds or do I increase it after some time.

Hello, I am very pleased to hear about the early good signs with using the BackBlock. In response to your question, can you stay on there for longer, the answer is no, the ideal is 60 seconds. I say this because what we are looking for is fluid flux in and out of the lumbar discs. We are literally looking to up-regulate the fluid traffic by simulating pumping created by end of range, grandiose lumbar spinal movement. Furthermore, the scientists tell us that the greatest fluid shift in and out of the discs happens right at the point of loading and unloading - meaning going on and off the BackBlock. So rather than stay there longer, you can do more repetitions. Within reason as many as you like, as long as you do always the three steps.
