Single Occupancy: $3,500
Double/Twin Occupancy, when both are doing the program: $6,650
Double/Twin Occupancy when only one of the couple is doing the program: $4,725
On booking, a deposit of $1500 is to be made. The balance of the fees must be made two weeks before the commencement of the program.
Please note, it is not possible to pick up patients from local railways stations. Patients must get there under their own steam.

- Initial Consultation and Treatment (incl reading MRIs and Xrays) (Day 1)
- Follow-up treatments (Days 2 and 3)
- Spinal decompression class using the BackBlock (Days 1 and 2)
- Lectures on the science of backs (Day 2)
- Sanctioned rest periods
- A thorough explanation of your condition
- Strategies on the way forward
- Lectures on factors that influence your back: bending, sitting - and fear! (Day 2)
- Non-patient partners/spouses may join the group for the lectures
- A cork or 'travelling' BackBlock
- One of Sarah’s books of your choice
- An exercise program to take home
- USB on lectures if required
- Personal audio-summary on discharge sent by email
- Breakfast, light lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea
- Non-patient partners join the group for tea and meals
How to Pay now . . .
HEALTH FUND REIMBURSEMENT
It isn't possible to tell patients whether their fund will help with payment as it varies from fund to fund. It also depends on your level of contributions.
We provide an itemised receipt for the Back-in-a-Week fees and patients take this up with their Fund directly.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made, minus $150 handling fee, if the cancellation is made prior to two weeks before the program starting.
With cancellation notice of less than 2 weeks there is no refund. Arrangements will then be made to accommodate the patient(s) on a future program.
