Backblock frequency

How often can I do this exercise? I felt relief the first time I did it. I want to do more but don't want to over do it. I'm one of those exercise fanatics you mentioned that are harder to help.

Glad you ask Marjie,
Because exercise fanatics don't do as well. Same way asType 2 personalities who are too formulaic don't do as well. People who do well with these exercises are those who 'listen' to their body.
When resuming Marjie, remember the BackBlock regime, simple as it is, is very potent.
Iniitially, just one session a day (preferably in the evening), 3 repetitions of the BackBlock, always comprising its three steps.
